Give pasta salad new life with a balsamic vinaigrette seasoned with basil and garlic salt.
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons McCormick® Basil Leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Salt
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup sliced bell pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup snow peas, sliced
8 ounces penne pasta, cooked and drained
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-size chunks
Mix oil, vinegar, basil, garlic salt and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add vegetables, pasta and cheese; toss to coat well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
