I made this recipe for the first time 10 days ago and I made it again today. It's so wonderful! My family LOVES it! First time ever there were absolutely no leftovers! So moist, flavorful and delicious. I used my homemade peach freezer jam and I added a little balsalmic vinegar tot he jam mixture. I also added a little smokey bbq rub to the rub part. But I made it just like the recipe too both ways are fabulous!
