A simple salad that’s best with summer ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese.
Mix oil, vinegar and seasoned salt in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil on serving platter. Drizzle with oil mixture. Garnish with additional chopped fresh basil, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: Tomatoes, cheese and basil may be arranged on platter and refrigerated until ready to serve. Drizzle with oil mixture just before serving.
