Marinated Mozzarella & Tomatoes

A simple salad that’s best with summer ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese.

  • Mix oil, vinegar and seasoned salt in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

  • Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil on serving platter. Drizzle with oil mixture. Garnish with additional chopped fresh basil, if desired.

Cooking tip

Test Kitchen Tip: Tomatoes, cheese and basil may be arranged on platter and refrigerated until ready to serve. Drizzle with oil mixture just before serving.
