Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup (50 mililiters) chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons (45 mililiters) lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) Thai Kitchen® Sriracha (Spicy Thai Chili) Dipping & All-Purpose Sauce
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs , (optional)

Instructions

  • MIX all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.

  • REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
