YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1. MIX Seasoning Mix, vinegar and oil in large bowl. Add Brussels sprouts; toss to coat well.
2. SPREAD Brussels sprouts in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
3. ROAST in preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are browned and tender, turning halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with bacon.
