Makes 8 servings.
You Will Need:
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 cup water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans or pinto beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
Assorted Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa or sour cream.
1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Spoon into tortillas. Add desired toppings. Fold over bottom and side of each tortilla to serve.
