COOK Noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain and rinse with cold water.
HEAT oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until cooked through. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add chicken broth, noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, snow peas and Sauce. Bring to boil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
LADLE into soup bowls. Sprinkle with Topping.
