Key products

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Steam green beans as directed on package. Drain well, if needed. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix condensed soup, milk, 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese, bacon and pepper in medium bowl; pour over green beans, tossing to mix.
  3. Meanwhile, place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in panko. Microwave on HIGH about 2 minutes, just until panko is golden brown, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in Crispy Fried Onions.
  4. Remove casserole from oven. Sprinkle with Crispy Fried Onion mixture and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melty. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Test Kitchen Tip: Swap in canned green beans in place of fresh. Use 4 cans (14.5 ounces each) green beans, drained well.
