Salt, Sugar, Spices (including Turmeric), Onion, Garlic, Bromelain (Tenderizer), Paprika Oleoresin (For Color), and Natural Flavor.
Adolph's has been the most flavorful and distinctive tenderizer I've used since my father introduced it to me. The only problem I have with it, is they don't make it in the 44.5 oz size. There are so many things it's great on, but the small jar doesn't go far or last long.

Your McCormick brand was way better but hard to find. This Adolph is way to salty. Now the good stuff is hard to find because some idiot decided to quit making it.
