INGREDIENTS: WATER, DISTILLED VINEGAR, LIME JUICE, SPICES (INCLUDING THYME, ROSEMARY, BASIL, PAPRIKA), SALT, GARLIC, SUGAR, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, OLIVE OLL, XANTHAN GUM (THICKENER) & EXTRACTIVES OF LIME

Pour McCormick Grill Mates Brazilian Steakhouse 30 Minute Marinade over 1 to 2 lbs beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp* in a plastic bag or glass dish; reserve 1 to 2 tbsp for basting, if desired. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade.
*Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
