Instructions
- Cook pasta in lightly salted water as directed on package until al dente. Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup pasta cooking water. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the Flavor Maker Seasoning. Cook and crumble beef until browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Use slotted spoon to remove from pan; keep warm.
- Add bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, salt and remaining 3 teaspoons Flavor Maker Seasoning to skillet. Cook and stir about 8 minutes, until vegetables are softened. Return beef to skillet, along with noodles and reserved 1/2 cup pasta water, stirring to mix well. Cook just until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: Looking for a lighter version? Try with ground turkey and veggies like yellow squash, zucchini and artichokes hearts in place of the pepper, onion and tomatoes.
