- Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and 3 teaspoons of the Seasoning in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade mixture, turning to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- Meanwhile, mix butter and remaining 1 teaspoon Seasoning in small bowl. Set aside.
- Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill steak over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from grill. Let rest 5 minutes. Drizzle with seasoned butter to serve.
