- For the Aioli, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For the Seared Fish, season fish evenly with salt and pepper. Dip each piece of fish, top and bottom only, in flour, shaking off any excess. Set aside.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until shimmering. Working in batches as needed, add fish; cook about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through; fish should flake easily with a fork. Transfer to wire rack or paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the Aioli onto serving plate, spreading into a small circle. Top with fish. Serve immediately.
