  • 4 pieces thick-sliced crusty bread - Substitutespan francés
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • 1 medium avocado peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Peruvian Style Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Toast bread to desired doneness. Squeeze lime over avocado slices to prevent browning. Arrange avocado slices on toast, pressing down gently. Sprinkle evenly with Peruvian Seasoning.
  2. Serve each slice of avocado toast with desired toppings, then sprinkle lightly with additional Peruvian Seasoning, if desired. 

Test Kitchen Tip: Serve with toppings, such as fried or poached egg, sliced tomatoes, fresh herbs or fresh cheese, such as queso fresco.
