- Beat heavy cream in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add cream cheese; beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
- With mixer running on low speed, stir in Finishing Sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, pineapple or green apples, for dipping.
