- Place beef in freezer 20 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade; set aside.
- Cut beef against the grain into 1/4-inch-thick strips. Place beef in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Thread beef in zig-zag fashion onto skewers.
- Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness, basting halfway through with reserved marinade.
- Serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with additional thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
