- Mix tomato and onion in medium bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning, tossing to coat well. Set aside. Mix oil and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning in small bowl. Brush 2 tablespoons of the oil mixture evenly over flatbreads; set aside. Brush steak with remaining oil mixture.
- Grill steak over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces.
- Place flatbread seasoned-side down on grill over medium heat. Close lid and grill 1 to 2 minutes or until grill marks appear on the bottom of the crust. Flip crust over. Sprinkle evenly with cheese, tomato mixture and steak. Close lid. Grill 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. (Check flatbread often to avoid burning. Rotate flatbread, if necessary.) Transfer flatbreads to baking sheet or clean cutting board. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and remaining 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning. Slice and serve hot.
