- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Melt butter in same skillet. Add Indian Seasoning and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix together cream and cornstarch. Stir in heavy cream mixture. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Top with cilantro and serve over cooked basmati rice, if desired.
