- Mix oil and Seasoning in a medium bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the mixture in a small bowl; stir in lemon juice. Set aside.
- Place shrimp in medium bowl with the remaining seasoning mixture; toss until well coated. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
