This cinnamon sugar French toast bake gets its sweet, cinnamon flavor from McCormick® Cinnamon Roll Finishing Sugar, adding plenty of sweetness while keeping the ingredients to a minimum.   1. For the Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake, mix eggs, 1 1/3 cups of the milk and 3 tablespoon of Finishing Sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add bread cubes into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over top of bread in dish. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove casserole from refrigerator. Pour evenly an additional 1/4 cup of milk over casserole. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake, uncovered, for additional 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Finishing Sugar.
  5. Meanwhile, for Whipped Bacon Butter, whisk butter with Finishing Salt in medium bowl until fluffy. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
  6. Serve Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake with Whipped Bacon Butter and drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
