- For the Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake, mix eggs, 1 1/3 cups of the milk and 3 tablespoon of Finishing Sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add bread cubes into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over top of bread in dish. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove casserole from refrigerator. Pour evenly an additional 1/4 cup of milk over casserole. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake, uncovered, for additional 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Finishing Sugar.
- Meanwhile, for Whipped Bacon Butter, whisk butter with Finishing Salt in medium bowl until fluffy. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
- Serve Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake with Whipped Bacon Butter and drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
