  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 packets (2.5 ounces each) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packet, Chili Lime
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo
  • 1 lime cut into wedges, for serving
  • 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • Optional topping: Sliced jalapeno, guacamole, chopped cilantro

Fajita night is a great family meal especially when it’s quick and easy to prepare. Chili lime tuna fajitas are better than take-out and loaded with great protein and flavor.
  1. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper; cook until lightly browned and tender-crisp. Add Chili Lime Tuna and cilantro. Stir gently until combined.
  2. Divide tuna mixture between warmed tortillas. Serve with salsa and lime wedges, along with any additional desired toppings.
