  • 1 package McCormick® Teriyaki Chicken Dry Recipe Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into chunks
  • 8 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped, green parts only
  • Chopped pineapple
  • Diced red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink. 
  3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly; cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is fully cooked. 
  4. Serve chicken in warm tortillas topped with green onions, pineapple and red bell peppers.
