  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons McCormick® Korean Style Seasoning, divided
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine), optional
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of the Korean Seasoning, honey, brown sugar, mirin, oil and sesame oil in small bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade; set aside.
  2. Place chicken and remaining marinade in large resealable plastic bag. Turn to coat well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  3. Sprinkle chicken evenly with remaining 1 tablespoon Korean Seasoning. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F), basting halfway through with reserved marinade. 
  4. Slice chicken and garnish with green onion. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired, topped with kimchi, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds, or any of your favorite veggies.
