- 4 ears corn-on-the-cob, husks and silk strands removed

Instructions
- Whisk olive oil and Seasoning in small bowl. Set aside. Carefully cut each ear of corn lengthwise into 4 quarters or “ribsâ€. Brush corn with seasoning mixture. Place about half of the corn ribs in air fryer basket.
- Air fry on 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned, flipping halfway through cooking. Repeat with remaining corn ribs.
- Sprinkle corn ribs with vegan Parm, paprika and chopped cilantro to serve.
