  1. Whisk olive oil and Seasoning in small bowl. Set aside. Carefully cut each ear of corn lengthwise into 4 quarters or “ribs”. Brush corn with seasoning mixture. Place about half of the corn ribs in air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry on 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned, flipping halfway through cooking. Repeat with remaining corn ribs.
  3. Sprinkle corn ribs with vegan Parm, paprika and chopped cilantro to serve.
