- Mix brown sugar, spices and salt in small bowl until well blended. Brush pork chops with oil. Sprinkle on all sides with seasoning mixture, rubbing to coat evenly. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Spray air fryer basket with no stick cooking spray. Preheat 3 minutes on 400°F. Place pork chops in air fryer basket.
- Air Fry 12 to 14 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F, turning halfway through cooking.
Test Kitchen Tip: For even more flavor, refrigerate pork, uncovered, up to 1 hour before cooking. Let stand at room temp 15 to 30 minutes before popping in the air fryer.
