There's no better way to cool off in the summer than with a fruity popsicle! Combine mango and shredded coconut with hibiscus and cinnamon-infused water and freeze for a homemade treat.
There's no better way to cool off in the summer than with a fruity popsicle! Combine mango and shredded coconut with hibiscus and cinnamon-infused water and freeze for a homemade treat.

- Mix mango and Shredded Coconut in small bowl. Divide mixture evenly between 10 popsicle molds or small disposable cups.
- Bring water to boil in small saucepan on high heat. Stir in Hibiscus Flowers and Cinnamon Stick. Cover. Remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes to steep.
- Strain into large glass measuring cup or bowl. Discard flowers and Cinnamon Stick. Stir in sugar until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until completely cooled.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle stick or colorful straw into center of each mold. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
