Instructions

  1. Mix mango and Shredded Coconut in small bowl. Divide mixture evenly between 10 popsicle molds or small disposable cups.
  2. Bring water to boil in small saucepan on high heat. Stir in Hibiscus Flowers and Cinnamon Stick. Cover. Remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes to steep.
  3. Strain into large glass measuring cup or bowl. Discard flowers and Cinnamon Stick. Stir in sugar until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until completely cooled.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle stick or colorful straw into center of each mold. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
