Garlic and Herb Vinaigrette

Prepare homemade vinaigrette to dress salad greens and vegetable salads or use as simple marinade for chicken, steak or shrimp before grilling.

Serves: Makes 1/2 cup or 4 (2-tablespoon) servings.
