Italian Tomato Sauce

  • Heat oil in 4-quart saucepot on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened.

  • Stir in tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    I can't even give this recipe one star but they forced me to. I followed the instructions perfectly. The taste was awful! Way too much dry herbs...completely overpowered the sauce. Don't even waste your time making this one.
