Garlic Roast Beef

This is the perfect relaxing Sunday meal – roast beef studded with garlic and seasoned with Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning. Leftovers make great roast beef sandwiches the next day. Photo credit: Eva Kosmas from Adventures in Cooking.

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Place roast on rack in foil-lined roasting pan. Brush lightly with oil.

  • Make slits on surface of roast. Insert garlic slices in slits. Mix Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in small bowl. Rub evenly over entire roast.

  • Roast 1 1/2 hours or until desired doneness. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

    It was good but i think it needs to sit and get room temp & needs to be totally rubbed down all over with spices. It didn't have the full flavor I expected. Going to see how it taste after sitting in juices and did put back in oven for another hour yesterday
