Texas Steakhouse Burger

Like all things from Texas, these burgers are big…big on flavor from the Lawry’s® Signature Steakhouse Marinade, a blend of chili peppers with Worcestershire sauce and a touch of cumin.

  • Mix marinade and ketchup in medium bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons. Add ground beef to remaining marinade mixture in bowl; mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.

  • Grill over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Add cheese slices during last 1 minute of cooking. Grill onion slices 6 to 8 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally and brushing with 2 tablespoons of the reserved marinade mixture.

  • Serve burgers on rolls topped with remaining marinade mixture, lettuce and grilled onion slices.
