Summer fresh tomatoes and cucumbers make a tasty salad to serve with grilled flank steak.
Mix 1 1/2 teaspoons of the seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the seasoned pepper. Rub evenly over both sides of steak.
Broil or grill steak over medium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Meanwhile, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper in medium bowl. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and onion; toss to coat. Serve sliced steak with Cucumber Salad.
