A chunky relish of red bell pepper, cucumber, dried cranberries and red onion adds flavor and texture contrast to grilled pork chops.
Place pork chops in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix bell pepper, cucumber, cranberries, onion and remaining 2 tablespoons marinade in large bowl; toss to coat. Set aside.
Remove pork chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with additional marinade if desired. Serve pork chops with relish.
