Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Honey Sriracha
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 pound large (16 to 20 count) shrimp, peeled nd deveined, tails on
- 16 shishito peppers
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, cut into 1-inch pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk Marinade, oil, vinegar and water in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup for basting. Place shrimp in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat.
- 2 Refrigerate 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes for more flavor. Remove shrimp from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread shrimp, peppers and pineapple onto 8 skewers.
- 3 Grill skewers over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink, basting with reserved marinade halfway through grilling.
