This steak recipe will become your family's favorite -- it's seasoned with McCormick® Worcestershire Ground Black Pepper Blend.
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons McCormick® Onions, Minced
2 teaspoons McCormick® Worcestershire Ground Black Pepper Blend
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound boneless beef sirloin, New York strip or rib-eye steak
Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steaks in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with additional Worcestershire Pepper, if desired.
