3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ginger, Ground
2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)

Mix Seasoning Mix, honey, orange juice and ginger. Pour evenly over pork. Turn pork in bag until evenly coated. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
Nutritional Information coming soon!
Excellent, meat was moist, easy to prepare, served with roasted vegetables on side, will try next time with mangoes instead of orange
