The dried, ground bark of Cinnamomum cassia, Blume. It is brown to reddish-brown in color. The principal active ingredient in the volatile oil is cinnamaldehyde, which is responsible for the characteristic odor.

USAGE
Honey Butter

Mix 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter, 3 tablespoons honey, 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg until smooth.

Great on biscuits, muffins, pancakes or toast.
