Italian seasoning and seasoned salt seasons this sauté of chicken and vegetables. Use any combination of vegetables you have on hand.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 pounds chicken tenders
2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 cup sliced yellow squash
1/2 cup bell pepper strips
1/2 cup sliced onion
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Stir in vegetables, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add tomatoes; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly softened and chicken is cooked through.

Delicious! I like my green beans a little softer, so I added them and the onion on top of the chicken as soon as I turned it the first time. Then I put a lid on the skillet for 3 minutes. I didn't stir until I added the rest of the vegetables. My family gobbled it up.
This was very good. We will add this to our frequent recipe repeat.
Love this recipe! You can use beef or shrimp too.
