Test Kitchen Tip: To Roast Pork, prepare pork and pineapple mixture as directed. Place pork in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan. Place pineapple mixture around pork. Roast in preheated 400°F oven 30 minutes or until pork is desired doneness. Brush pork with remaining 2 tablespoons marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
Substitution Tip: Use 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple slices in juice, drained, in place of the fresh pineapple.
