Cooking tip

• To maintain medium-low heat (275°F to 300°F), keep lid closed and adjust lit burner as necessary. Directions were developed using a gas grill. Grills vary; cooking time is approximate.

Good, but I like the Applewood Rub the best. I also slow-roast at 250-275 degrees in my oven for 4-5 hours.

Can I put this type of seasoning in the crock pot? Would I use the whole pack?

I like to smoke mine in the bradley smoker . I use the rub on them first and let sit for about an hour before putting in . They come out tender and delicious .
