Recipe Tips & FAQ's
What to add to hamburgers before grilling?
Seasoned Salt or regular salt and pepper, Worcestershire Sauce and garlic or onion powder are staple seasonings for burgers. Really any combo of seasoning works, it just depends on your taste. You can try OLD BAY Seasoning or Grill Mates Montreal Steak for a quick fix, as well as other bold seasoning blends. If you're making burgers with beef, go for bolder blends. For chicken or turkey, milder blends with some added smoke or sweetness go a long way, such as Grill Mates Smoky Applewood or Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning. You can also mix in grated onion or some ketchup and mustard with the meat for more juicy and flavorful burgers.
