Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Set aside.
Add mushrooms and onion to skillet; cook and stir 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Stir water and Rice Mix into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes. Stir in chicken; cover and simmer 5 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
