Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Flavor Maker Mac + Cheese Topping Seasoning
- 4 cups milk
- 6 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package for al dente pasta. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Set aside.
- 2 Melt 6 tablespoons of the butter in same saucepan on medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and 1 tablespoon of the Flavor Maker Seasoning. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until well blended and bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended and smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken. Stir in cheese until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in macaroni, tossing gently to coat. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- 3 Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup Flavor Maker Seasoning and panko until well blended. Sprinkle evenly over top of macaroni and cheese.
- 4 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
