McCormick® Gluten-Free Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix is the perfect choice for serving a homemade, gluten-free meat loaf that your whole family will enjoy.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.
Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.

Gluten Free Mini Meat Loaves: Use 1/2 cup ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
Substitution Tip: Use 1 cup soft bread crumbs (from 2 slices gluten-free bread) in place of the gluten-free dry bread crumbs.
