McCormick® Gluten-Free Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix is the perfect choice for serving a homemade, gluten-free meat loaf that your whole family will enjoy.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.
Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.

Substitution Tip: Use 1 cup soft bread crumbs (from 2 slices gluten-free bread) in place of the gluten-free dry bread crumbs.
Gluten-Free Meat Loaf Poppers: Prepare meat mixture as directed on package. Divide mixture into 12 balls. Place each ball into a muffin cup. Spoon ketchup over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through. Top with prepared mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Makes 12 servings.
Gluten-Free Mini Meat Loaves: Use 1/2 cup ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
