Root Beer Ice Pops

Get the flavor of an old-fashioned root beer ice pop without having to chase after the ice cream truck!

Serves: Makes 6 (1/2-cup) servings.

  • Stir sugar and hot water in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in Root Beer Concentrate, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour mixture into 1/2-cup popsicle molds.

  • Freeze about 2 hours or until partially frozen. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze 2 to 3 hours longer or until frozen.

• If popsicle molds are unavailable, use small disposable plastic cups and plastic spoons.
