Mexican Coffee

Flavored with cinnamon, chocolate and vanilla, Mexican Coffee is an absolute treat!

Serves: Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.

  • Place coffee and cinnamon in filter basket of coffeemaker. Add water to coffeemaker; brew as directed.

  • Simmer milk, chocolate syrup and sugar in small saucepan on low heat until sugar dissolves. Stir milk mixture and vanilla into brewed coffee.

  • Pour into serving cups. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.

Cooking tip

Serve with whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon.

    Delicious, easy recipe. I have never had a problem preparing it. A nice Saturday morning treat for the family.

    The cinnamon clogged the coffee maker/filter! Made the coffee overflow the filter basket. While I was trying to fix this problem my milk scorched and then boiled all over my flat top stove. This recipe does not work. Cinnamon make a big slimy mess!
