Hot Chili Cheese Dip

Serves: Makes 4 cups or 32 (2-tablespoon) servings.

  • Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.

  • Stir in Seasoning Mix and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in process cheese spread until smooth. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Cooking tip

For less spicy dip, Use McCormick® Original or Mild Chili Seasoning Mix.
