Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's® Casero Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Casero Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Casero Whole Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's® Casero Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pound flank steak, cut across the grain into 1/2-inch thick strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat broiler on HIGH. Mix spices and salt in small bowl. Toss steak and vegetables with oil and lime juice. Sprinkle with spice mixture; toss to coat.
- 2 Spread mixture evenly on large foil-lined shallow baking pan. Broil 10 minutes or until meat is desired doneness and vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring halfway through cooking.
- 3 Serve in tortillas with lime wedges and assorted toppings such as crumbled Cotija, salsa, and chopped cilantro, if desired.
