Pub House Burgers

 Dress up your burger with a pub-style burger sauce of mayonnaise, ketchup and Grill Mates® Worcestershire Pub Burger Seasoning.

  • Mix ground beef and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.

  • Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Grill onion slices 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tender and lightly browned. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.

  • Mix ketchup, mayonnaise and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning in small bowl. Spread on rolls. Top with burgers and grilled onion slices.
