• To make your own dried lemon peel at home, remove lemon peel using a vegetable peeler. Place peel on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated 200ºF oven 3 hours. For best results, leave lemon peel in oven overnight to completely dry out. Crush dried peel in mortar and pestle or grind in clean coffee grinder.
